The panties are light, soft and smooth to the touch, with a bit of stretch in the material, which has a little sheen to it. The pattern is a cute polka dot featuring yellow, white and teal dots. Teal piping highlights the ruffled leg openings and pretty lace waist band. On the front center just below the waistband lace, they have added a small yellow pastel bow, a nice added touch. The leg openings have a thin band of elastic around them to keep them hugging your legs and helping your panties stay put when you are active. They do hug one's curves nicely. I love the ruffled leg openings, they're what really sold me on these. Overall construction seems good and I think I can recommend these to any panty lover or collector, especially given that they were only around $4 a pair (when you buy five at a time). I got mine at Kohl's, get yours while you can!
